1) 50% must be paid by Bank transfer upon reservation and the remaining fee, plus a garanteed deposit, upon arrival. 2) Rental price includes cleaning of the flat before arrival, the use of cable TV and the availability of sheets and bath towels and of kitchen tools for the rental period. Electricity cost is apart according to usage. 3) Flat must be left clean on departure date. 4) For hygienic reasons pets are not allowed. 5) Please book your holidays by sending your confirmation VIA E-MAIL specifying your full name, the dates you are interested in and your passport number. We will then send you an e-mail by return with both the confirmation (if period you required is vacant) and further instructions for the payment of the deposit.
